Apple Cider Vinegar Mole Removal Tips
Using the apple cider vinegar mole removal technique is quite well documented around the internet and many people have used it very successfully. It is just one of a number of formulas used for removing moles at home.
Although you may be familiar with the product and used it in cooking or salad dressings, it is important to remember that when using it for natural mole removal, it is a caustic substance. However you look at it, you are “burning” your mole away using vinegar.
I would strongly suggest you try this apple cider vinegar mole removal idea on an inconspicuous skin mole first if possible as you don’t know the exact result in advance. If this is not possible, then use the acv treatment with extreme caution.
Protect the area around the mole with face cream or petroleum jelly before applying a small amount of cider vinegar directly to the skin moles using a cotton bud, taking care not to contact the surrounding skin.
Several applications at intervals throughout the day will be required. Continue the process until a scab forms and allow the process to complete without too much interference until the moles begin to flake and eventually drop off.

Researching the internet for you, I found the following reports on apple cider vinegar mole removal, both positive and negative.
The positive side of apple cider vinegar mole removal
Oh man, I can’t even begin to describe how happy I am right now! I’m 17 and have had a flat mole on my cheek since I was born. Everyone called it a “beauty mark” but I didn’t find it appealing at all. It was impossible to convince my parents to remove but I finally got them to give in about this apple cider vinegar idea. Here’s what I did:
I started on a Wednesday night by roughing up my mole with an emery board (no more than 1 minute ). I surrounding the area around the mole with Vaseline for no scarring. Dunked a cotton ball in the Apple Cider Vinegar and taped it on the mole for the night. Thursday I applied the Apple Cider Vinegar 3 times during the day (only dabbing the mole with a Apple Cider Vinegar cover Q-tip) and then at night again(cotton ball and tape). Friday I applied the Apple Cider Vinegar 2 times during the day and then at night. Saturday was one time in the day and then at night. Sunday I woke up to take a shower in the morning and when I got out, IT WAS GONE.
I highly recommend this apple cider vinegar mole removal technique. It is very painless, and it doesn’t effect your daily life. In my 4 days I went to my soccer practices, the gym, and out shopping. You may get a couple more stares during the process because it can get pretty ugly, but its worth it in the long run.
Less positive report on apple cider vinegar mole removal
My girlfriend tried ACV on a cotton swab after scoring her 2 facial moles. They both left craters in her face. She could handle the craters (because she knew they’d heal)but now the moles are coming back, which she’s not too happy about. Especially since they already came back once before with a vengeance (getting bigger) after a failed attempt using the apple cider vinegar mole removal process.
In summary, the positives appear to outweigh the negatives, but it important to proceed with caution if you decide to go the apple cider vinegar mole removal route or any other natural mole removal process .

Cool stuff here. I’m impressed with all the content. Not sure yet how to proceed though?
After two weeks.. of burning my mole with apple cider vinegar .. . I have given up. I am going to a dermatologist… I have looked like I have a disease.. burned most of the surrounding area… the mole has gotten a scab twice.. twice it has fallen off.. and it looks bigger than it was.. so.. although I had great hope and confidence it would work.. apple cider vinegar.. did not work at all.

Hey thanks for the info. This inspired me to make my own blog and document the process for other people to have a look. I’m currently on Day 5 and the process has went nothing but smooth.
If you want hop over to my blog I set up, you can see that this does work(for me anyway). I’m currently at the healing stage and will be posting more pictures in about a week.
Jason,
Nice to see you having a go at this. I will follow your progress with interest.
Do you need to rough up the mole wth this method, like you do with the baking soda and caster oil? Which method works best?
Hi Diane,
Yes, with any of these methods you need to abrade the surface of the mole to allow the treatment to be absorbed. Use a emery board or a cocktail stick to scrape the surface, but you do not need to make it bleed. If the treatment stings a little when first applied, you know that is working.
Some treatments work better for particular individuals, so try one and give it time to work. You can repeat the application if required, but keep it off the surrounding skin.
Hope this helps.
